Karapetian ‘Still Undecided’ On Parliament Seats

Billionaire Samvel Karapetian said on Tuesday that his Strong Armenia alliance, which finished second in the disputed June 7 parliamentary elections, has still not decided whether to take up its seats in the country’s new parliament.
