Armenian Man Risks Jail For Insulting Top Law-Enforcement Official

A resident of Gyumri went on trial on Thursday three months after describing as a “clown” the head of an Armenian law-enforcement agency prosecuting Catholicos Garegin II and other senior clergymen at odds with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian.
