New HP OMEN 35L not booting – power on but no display / USB

Hi, I received my HP OMEN 35L Gaming Desktop GT17-0000in today after a 4-week delivery period. Unfortunately, I’m facing an issue right out of the box. When I try to power on the system: - The power button light turns on. - There is no display signal on the monitor. - USB ports are not powered (mouse and keyboard do not turn on). - On startup, the fans spin at moderate speed, then after about 4 seconds the speed reduces, but they continue spinning. - The graphics card logo/light...
