New Canadian regulations require electric vehicles to make a minimum sound level when operating at low speeds. \r\n \r\nSafety Risk:\r\nA pedestrian warning system that doesn't work could create an increased risk of injury for other road users. \r\n \r\nCorrective Actions:\r\nTesla will notify affected owners by email.
