Vehicles affected: CADILLAC LYRIQ (2025) Summary: Issue: On certain vehicles, the owner's manual may include the wrong instructions for how to adjust the left and right-rear head restraints. Canadian regulations require this information be included in the owner's manual. Safety Risk: Incorrect instructions for how to adjust head restraints could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and provide you with an owner's manual insert with the correct instructions for how to adjust the left and right-rear head restraints.
