"textContent": "Vehicles affected: MERCEDES-BENZ EQS SEDAN, EQS SUV, EQE SEDAN, EQE SUV (2023, 2024)\n\nSummary: Issue: \r\nOn certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Mercedes-Benz dealer during recall 8297011 (Transport Canada recall no. 2024-105) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required. \r\n\r\nOn certain vehicles, the 80 A fuse may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the fuse could overheat and fail. If this happens, there could be a sudden loss of power to the wheels. This could also cause the instrument cluster not to work. \r\n\r\nSafety Risk: \r\nA fuse and wiring that overheats can create the risk of a fire. A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Warnings, tell-tales and gauges that don't display could also increase the risk of a crash. \r\n\r\nCorrective Actions: \r\nMercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the main fuse box.",
