Toyota introduces the electric C-HR+ for the European market

The Toyota C-HR+ is set to be introduced as a battery-electric vehicle (BEV) in the European market. The vehicle retains its compact crossover design while incorporating an all-electric powertrain. It is built on the e-TNGA platform and features a modified suspension system. The interior of the C-HR+ is designed to balance practicality with aesthetics. It offers a cabin with ample space and a luggage capacity of 416 liters (14.7 cubic feet). The vehicle will be available with two battery configurations. The base model is equipped with a 57.7 kWh lithium-ion battery, providing a targeted range of 455 kilometers (283 miles). A higher-capacity version features a 77.0 kWh battery, with an estimated range of 600 kilometers (373 miles). The C-HR+ will be available in both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations. Power output varies across models, with maximum system output ranging from 123 kW (165 horsepower) to 252 kW (338 horsepower). Acceleration performance is also distinct across variants, with 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) times ranging from 8.6 seconds for the base model to 5.2 seconds for the most powerful version. The vehicle’s dimensions include a length of 4,520 millimeters (178 inches), a width of 1,870 millimeters (73.6 inches), a height of 1,595 millimeters (62.8 inches), and a wheelbase of 2,750 millimeters (108.3 inches). The European launch of the Toyota C-HR+ is scheduled for the second half of 2025.
