Star Observer – Giggle v Tickle: Landmark Gender Discrimination Appeal Dismissed

An appeal against the landmark Giggle v Tickle has been dismissed by the Federal Court this afternoon, with the Court setting aside the original finding of indirect discrimination in favour of direct discrimination.
