  "textContent": "Inspired by Matt Shirley, I created this graph for consultants, mapping the journey from early career to late career. I labelled it as “me”, but the truth is I was a consulting grad, just not with the Big4. I started as a grad in the high tech world as a kind of business analyst connected to international passenger movements, inside a startup where ambiguity was normal and structure came later. Writing this made me realise something again about what motivates me. I am drawn to environments that are still forming, where patterns are not obvious yet.\n\nI joined Big4 consulting later as a lateral hire. So this graph is part observation, part amusement, and part reflection. It is a bit of fun, but there is truth hiding in these lines.
