Carney's fix for 24 Sussex is a 'build-and-design' contest

Prime Minister Mark Carney announced his plan to restore the dilapidated official residence of the prime minister at 24 Sussex Drive. Canadian companies can submit their proposals in a nationwide competition and a jury of architecture and heritage experts will recommend the best plan.
