Ford’s latest bill collides with cities’ efforts to phase out gas in buildings

New legislation — Bill 98, or the Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act — is snaking its way through the Legislature, and aims to kill green building standards for good, and in turn, the municipal ability to ditch gas.
