How’s everyone’s mental health been recently ?

Hey guys just wanted to know how your all doing mentally if you need somewhere to talk I’ll gladly give you my time and try my best to help and listen, thought I’d make this cause I know a lot of men suffer but don’t really talk about their issues and it can be very difficult to keep going, I’ve been there myself (still am there) and it’s very nice I think to have someone to listen so hopefully the mods will allow me to communicate with you guys through this thread and for those that are...
