Pubs to stay open as late as 2am for ALL World Cup knockout rounds in victory for boozers

PUBS have secured an extra-time victory — with ministers agreeing to late opening for ALL the knockout rounds of this summer’s World Cup.  Boozers will be allowed to stay open until 1-2am for any home nation matches beyond the group stages.   For any very late kick-offs, they can apply for a temporary licence.
