Judge orders turbine manufacturer to stick with Vineyard Wind project

A Suffolk Superior Court judge temporarily blocked turbine manufacturer GE Renewables from pulling out of the major offshore wind farm project, saying it would be “fanciful” to imagine a new contractor could finish the installation.
