DiZoglio spars with state lawmakers over public records reform

Massachusetts Auditor Diana DiZoglio and a group of state lawmakers broke into verbal brawls Tuesday during a hearing on a potential ballot question to expand the state's public records law to cover the Legislature and Governor’s Office.
