N.H. Gov. Ayotte says ICE is droping plans for detention facility in Merrimack

New Hampshire Gov. Kelly Ayotte announced Tuesday that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will not move forward with a proposed Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Merrimack.
