Southeastern Mass. travel ban still in effect Tuesday, as 250,000 in the state remain without power

The ban on non-essential travel covers Bristol and Plymouth counties, all of Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Gov. Maura Healey said the order is necessary to keep roads clear for plows and emergency vehicles.
