Trump administration fights effort by Healey’s Venezuelan aide to get work papers

Attorneys for the Trump administration argue that a federal court in Boston lacks jurisdiction to force immigration authorities to decide if a Venezuelan staffer working for Gov. Maura Healey should immediately receive employment authorization, court documents filed Monday show.
