U.S. immigration court blocks deportation of Tufts graduate student Rümeysa Öztürk, her attorneys say

Rümeysa Öztürk's attorneys say the immigration court found on Jan. 29 that the Department of Homeland Security hasn’t proved that she should be removed from the U.S and the court terminated her removal proceedings.
