"textContent": "For the past year, I've been building a Web3 project called BOINKO.\n\nAlong the way I've learned something that applies to almost every software project:\n\nBuilding is the easy part. Building something people actually want to use is the challenge.\n\nI've spent countless late nights designing games, building web applications, experimenting with NFTs, solving infrastructure problems, and learning technologies I never expected to touch.\n\nSome ideas failed.\n\nSome had to be completely redesigned.\n\nOthers turned into features our community genuinely enjoys.\n\nThat's part of the process.\n\nI joined DEV because I want to document that journey—not just the wins, but also the problems, mistakes, and lessons that come with building real software.\n\nIn the coming months I'll be writing about topics like:\n\nBuilding Web3 applications\nCreating browser-based games\nDesigning community tools\nLessons learned while shipping products\nSolana development\nUI/UX improvements\nInfrastructure challenges\nWhat worked...and what didn't\n\nI'm looking forward to learning from this community and hopefully contributing something useful along the way.\n\nIf you're building something interesting yourself, I'd love to hear about it.",
