Master's (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration or related + 1 yr of experience in job offered, Audit or related. Alternatively, ER accept Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration or related + 5 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered, Audit or related. Must have experience in each: Resolving complex accounting issues; Applying GAAS, GAAP, SEC & PCAOB reporting rules; Public accounting; Reviewing engagement profitability, including billings & collections; Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint; & Using various assurance applications & research tools. Must have CPA OR sufficient education/experience requirement (as determined by state Board of Accountancy) to receive CPA within 24 months of hire or promotion. ER will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Domestic travel required up to 30% of the time to visit unanticipated client sites & BDO office locations nationally.
